Manual for Ducati Peg Endstop

Unscrew these bolts holding footpeg carrier
Carefully place spacers onto footpeg carrier, into the holes that appeared after taking those bolts out
Align the stainless plate, and push through the provided bolts
Make sure you align the OEM spacers between the footpeg carrier and the engine
Tighten by hand and alternate between left and righ bolt to settle the plate correctly
Torque the provided bolts to 42Nm.
You should be left with OEM bolts that you removed at first step.
